Project Materials Needs

The following is a list of materials needed for the construction of the building for The Ezekiel Project.

Misc. Tools:

(Things we can keep on site for duration of project)

  • Sledge hammers
  • Heavy Duty Wheel Barrels

Framing:

All must be in good shape for use in walls/floors:

  • 2x6's, 2x10's 2x8's
  • Treated sills in all the above. (and 2x4's)
  • 5/8 Gyp. Board (sheet rock) (and exterior grade sheeting)
  • R-13 Insulation for 2x4 and 2x6 walls
  • 1/2" sheeting (Grade C or D)
  • 3/4" T&G sub floor material
  • 16d & 8d nails

Plumbing:

  • Rest room stall (water closet) dividers.
  • 36" & 48" handicap grab bars
  • 6 - Drop in lavatories (counter tops, cabinets)
  • 1-1/4"; 1-1/2"; 2"; 4" PVC
  • 1"; 1-1/2"; 2" Copper for supply
    • 3
  • /4"; 2"; 1-1/4; gas line
  • Air Gap Fitting: Josam Model 88910-5 / 88910 or equal

Steel:

  • #4 dowels (rebarr) in shape of an 'L' that are 2'-6" on one side, 1'-10" on the other.
  • #6 rebarr at least 30 linear feet (need 3' sections)
  • C-Channel C12x20.7 & C15x40
  • Steel Plates 1/2" x 2'-4" x 4'-0"
  • W14 x 43 Column w/ cap (3/4" x 10" x 2'-4")
  • A crane for at least a day
  • 2-W18 x 40 steel beams for RTU-1

HVAC:

  • Aaon RM-16 (RTU-1)
  • Lennox GHR26Q3/4-100 (Furnace) 4 ton
  • Lennox G26Q4/5-100 (Furnace) 5 ton
  • Lennox G26Q3-75 (Furnace) 3 ton
  • Lennox HS26-048 [208/3/60] 4 ton condensing unit
  • Lennox HS26-036 [208/3/60] 3 ton condensing unit
  • (We have an existing 5ton unit we are re-using)
  • Exhaust Fan: Cook 120 ACRUB (Center upblast with back draft dampers)

Electrical:

All equipment to be Square-D QO series where applicable

  • Any amount of conduit (1/2; 3/4; 1; 1-1/4; 1-1/2; 2-1/2; 3) in good condition.
  • Any amount of thread-all and uni-struct in good condition.
  • Beam clamps for thread-all
  • 6x6 throughs
  • #10, #8, #12 THHN
  • 120/208 3 phase 4 wire (full neutral) 600 Amp rated main service Panel. (36" max width)
    • need the following breakers for it: 600/3 main breaker; (4) - 100/3; (2) 200/3; 250/3; 100/2;
  • [Note, city of Ames will direct meter 600A 208/120 so we don't need a separate cabinet for inductors]
  • 120/208 3 phase 4 wire SD QO service panels rated for 100A; 200A and 400A. (one of each) Would prefer to find a 200A to replace the 100A rated panel.
  • NSI DS12-12KO (house lighting dimmer)
  • Any amount of SD-QO breakers in 20 Amp single pole, 20 Amp single pole GFI, 30 Amp 3 pole; 40 Amp 3 pole, 50 Amp 2 pole, 60 Amp 2 pole.
