The Building
The Opportunity at 3329 Lincoln Way:
The building at 3329 Lincoln Way (the old Audio Plus building) is located within a 10-minute walk of campus. It is a 4000 sq. ft. facility that could house the Rock and accommodate our Friday night meeting to over 300 attendees. Additionally, the building is located centrally among Ames' primary student residences. Cyride stops right in front of the building, and there is a great deal of both foot and vehicle traffic going by on a regular basis.
We have a vision to turn the building at 3329 Lincoln Way into a campus ministry center, with space for a stage, seating sufficient to seat 300 and a cafe area housed in the Southeast corner of the building. During the week, the cafe would be open, and various Rock meetings could take place in the building. On Friday nights, the entire building would be used to house the Rock.
